Spencer builds his relationship with his clients based on honesty, trust, and dedication. These three principles are essential in order to ensure long term success for each client, in the ever competitive NFL representation business. As a competitor his whole life, he brings a great work ethic and network of contacts, which enables him to place clients in the best possible position to succeed. After attending Syracuse University, Mr. Cannold completed an accelerated MBA program, in which he finished in just over one year. Coupled with his industry experience and interpersonal communication skills, Mr. Cannold’s business background in management allows him to service our clients to the highest level in all aspects of representation. His work ethic and determination are only matched by his motivation and drive, which is why we can say with confidence, that we provide the best representation in the business. Spencer is directly involved in all aspects of client representation, focusing primarily on recruitment, talent evaluation, pre-draft preparation and rookie and veteran contract negotiations.
Matt Ritchie

Matt works in client representation, focused primarily on the recruiting process, talent evaluation, pre-draft preparation and assists in the transition from a collegiate to a professional athlete. Matt is also involved in the negotiation of rookie and veteran contracts. Matt values the importance of building a strong relationship with his clients and exemplifies this through honesty, fairness, dedication and trust. “The ultimate goal is to put our clients in the best possible position to succeed and to ensure long term success in their careers.” After graduating from Sacred Heart University, Matt went on to receive is M.S. in Sport Management at the University of New Haven. As a competitor his whole life he brings an endless amount of motivation and drive to everything he does. He knows football and he understands the skillset needed to compete at the highest level of the sport. In addition, Matt has spent 5 years as a high school football coach in Connecticut.
Lori Evon

Lori Evon is on staff with JL Sports in Marketing & Client Services. Lori has worked many years in the apparel industry. She also has an extensive background working with not for profit organizations, corporate sponsorship and event planning. She has been a member of the Walter Camp Football Foundation for over 10 years and is a member of the Board of Governors. Lori is is a graduate of Quinnipiac University.
